AEC Virtual Assistant

ATF World is looking for an AEC Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and project support to engineering and construction firms. You will leverage your knowledge of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry to assist with document management, scheduling, correspondence, and client communication. This role is based in our Delhi delivery center and supports US-based AEC clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs using cloud-based platforms
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones with project stakeholders
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item summaries
• Assist with preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports
• Maintain project calendars and track deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
• Conduct research on building codes, product specifications, and construction standards
• Handle client correspondence and communications professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience supporting AEC firms in an administrative capacity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with project management and document control software (Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work US business hours (IST night shift)
