Operations Coordinator

ATF World is hiring an Operations Coordinator to oversee the efficient functioning of our Delhi delivery center and ensure seamless coordination between our US and India teams. In this role, you will be responsible for resource planning, quality assurance, process optimization, and team management. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX, with regular interaction with our Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple client projects
• Monitor project delivery metrics and prepare performance reports for leadership
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for virtual assistant and AI service delivery
• Facilitate communication between US client teams and India delivery teams
• Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions
• Manage onboarding and training programs for new team members
• Support business development efforts with operational feasibility assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or delivery management
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the AEC industry is a strong plus
