Senior AI Engineer

ATF World is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of AI-powered solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will design and implement machine learning models that automate document processing, clash detection, and project risk analysis for our clients. This role involves collaborating with AEC professionals to understand workflow challenges and translate them into intelligent software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for AEC-specific use cases including document parsing, 3D model analysis, and schedule optimization
• Lead end-to-end AI projects from requirements gathering through deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with project coordinators and project managers to integrate AI tools into existing workflows
• Develop APIs and microservices to serve AI predictions to web and desktop applications
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development within the organization
• Evaluate and recommend emerging AI/ML technologies that provide competitive advantage
• Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for AI-powered tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with production deployments
• Proficiency in Python with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience with computer vision applications (point cloud processing, image classification) is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
